General conditions

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is available after 3:00 PM, while check-out must be completed before 12:00 PM. We offer free lockers to store your luggage and a special mailbox to leave the keys upon departure.
Parking
We have free public parking at Calle La Mar 98, located behind the train station. There is no charge for this service. However, we are not responsible for theft or damage that may occur.
Adult Policy

Our accommodation is exclusively for adults and children over 10 years old.

🚭 Smoke-free space.

Our facilities are smoke-free. Any violation of this policy may result in additional charges to your reservation.

Damages and Losses

In case of damage to the room or theft of towels or items, additional charges will apply: small towel (10 euros), large towel (15 euros), and decorative items according to their value.

Bicycles and Electric Scooters
Bicycles and electric scooters are not allowed inside the accommodation or in the rooms.

Pets

We do not allow pets on our premises.

Guest Behavior

During your stay, it is important that your behavior does not affect the comfort and rest of guests in other rooms. This could result in penalties.

Reservation Service Hours

Our Reservation department is available by phone from Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can also make your reservation directly through our website www.bluesardinealtea.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

A valid credit/debit card is required to make the reservation.
Payment must be made before entering the Non-Refundable period, no later than 5 days prior to arrival.

Free cancellation is allowed up to 5 days before arrival.

No date changes are allowed within 5 days prior to arrival.
For Non-Refundable rate bookings, cancellations or date modifications are not permitted.
In case of force majeure, the reservations team will review the situation and may offer the option to reschedule, subject to availability and applicable rates.

Privacy Policy: At Blue Sardine Altea, we strictly comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) EU-2016/679. Your personal data is treated confidentially and is only used internally to provide you with the services offered. We do not share your data with third parties without your authorization, except as legally provided.
